What We Cover in Phase One
Discovery Phase
Before updating a resume or making a move, we start by hitting pause. In this 1:1 strategy session, we’ll reflect on where you are now, explore what’s shifted, and define what you’re aiming for next. Whether you’re feeling misaligned, restless, or ready to grow, we help you clarify what alignment means for you.
You’ll leave with: renewed direction, greater self-awareness, and a mapped-out vision of what you want and how to move toward it.
Creating Your Professional Narrative
Your resume isn’t a list—it’s a story. In this stage, we’ll distill your career history into a leadership narrative that communicates not just what you’ve done, but the meaning behind it. Think of it as the story a board member or hiring VP would remember you by.
You’ll walk away with: a narrative that bridges roles, highlights your evolution, and speaks directly to senior decision-makers.
Defining Your Elevator Pitch
We’ll translate your narrative into a short-form, memorable pitch you can use in interviews, networking, or stakeholder conversations. It’s not about sounding polished—it’s about sounding like you, on your sharpest day.
You’ll gain: a conversational intro that sets the tone, opens doors, and helps people understand who you are and what you bring.

Building Your Professional Narrative & Branding
How It Works
This phase is focused on crafting a clear, confident, and compelling professional brand.
It includes 7.5 hours of live, 1:1 coaching and 10–15 hours of behind-the-scenes resume and branding development by your career coach.
Structure & Scheduling:
Sessions are tailored to your goals and availability. Most clients follow one of these two pathways:Accelerated Track: Three 2-hour sessions plus one 90-minute delivery session, with completed materials in as little as 4.5 weeks.
Flexible Track: One 2-hour discovery session followed by 60-minute or 90-minute sessions spaced based on your schedule and progress.
All sessions are live, collaborative, and structured to guide you through the storytelling process—from strategic clarity to final delivery—at a pace that works for you.
Optimize Your Digital Presence
Your LinkedIn profile will become a strategic tool, not just a placeholder. We’ll align your voice, positioning, and story so recruiters and hiring leaders instantly see your fit and focus.
You’ll leave with: a polished, search-optimized profile that reinforces your leadership brand and pulls the right opportunities toward you.

You’ll master: how to set the tone early, shift energy when needed, and engage your audience from the first line of a 30-to 60-second
Mastering How to Ask the Best Q&A
Interviewing is more than answering questions—it’s about creating a compelling dialogue. We’ll develop your ability to guide conversations toward your strengths and values.
