Session Format Options:

• Three 2-hour sessions + One 90-minute session (preferred)

• Alternative: Five 90-minute sessions

• One session per week is recommended for structure and momentum

• Flexible scheduling available

We can complete Phase One in as little as 4.5 weeks.
